The Algonkian People

The Algonkian persons lived in southern New England in the seventeenth century. That they lived a life that combined areas of Paleolithic hunting and gathering with Neolithic agriculture. Obtaining their standard nutrition of life through these strategies led to particular economic, interpersonal and male or female relations. These folks produced crops in addition to the abounding natural materials of their areas. Farming was primarily the obligation of the women.
